The data collected on this website are processed by the website operator. The operator’s contact details can be found in the website’s required legal notice.
The WoodCircus consortium, represented by the project coordinator VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland Ltd., has an internal data management and security agreement. All partners in the consortium are involved in compliance of the agreement.
All data gathered by this website is be processed and stored in accordance to the applicable law including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR ; Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council). Any information collected through the WoodCircus project website is used only for the purposes of the project.
Privacy of data subjects is secured by following the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You always have the right to request information about your stored data, its origin, its recipients, and the purpose of its collection at no charge. You also have the right to request that it be corrected, blocked, or deleted. You can contact us at any time using the address given in the legal notice if you have further questions about the issue of privacy and data protection. You may also, of course, file a complaint with the competent regulatory authorities.
When visiting our website, statistical analyses may be made of your surfing behavior. This happens primarily using cookies and analytics. Contact form
Should you send us information via the contact form, we will collect the data entered on the form, including the contact details you provide, to answer your question and any follow-up questions. We do not share this information without your permission.
We will retain the data you provide on the contact form until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains (e.g. after fulfilling your request). Any mandatory statutory provisions, especially those regarding mandatory data retention periods, remain unaffected by this provision.
3W Factor application form
Should you send us your submission via the 3W Factor application form, we will collect, process and store the data entered on the form in accordance to the applicable law including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR ; Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council). The provided data are used for evaluation purposes of the 3W Factor Call. We do not share this information without your permission.
All applicants likely to submit any confidential information by the application form (e.g. regarding your efficiency solution) are kindly asked to contact the Call coordinator Uwe Kies, uwe.kies@innovawood.com, before any submission.
